Welcome to Engigs. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our influencer marketing platform and services. By accessing or using Engigs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our platform.
1. Definitions
- "Platform" means the Engigs website, mobile application, and related services
- "Brand" means users who create and manage marketing campaigns
- "Creator" means content creators who participate in campaigns
- "Campaign" means a marketing initiative created by a Brand
- "Content" means videos, images, text, and other materials uploaded to the Platform
- "Services" means all features and functionalities provided by the Platform
2. Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Account Creation
To use our Platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
2.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2.3 Account Types
- Brand Accounts: For businesses and organizations running marketing campaigns
- Creator Accounts: For content creators participating in campaigns
- Admin Accounts: For platform administrators (invitation only)
3. Platform Usage and Conduct
3.1 Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
- Use the Platform for spam or fraudulent activities
- Interfere with the Platform's operation or security
3.2 Content Guidelines
All content uploaded to the Platform must comply with our content guidelines:
- Content must be original or properly licensed
- Content must not contain hate speech, violence, or discrimination
- Content must not promote illegal activities
- Content must respect brand guidelines and campaign requirements
- Content must be appropriate for the target audience
3.3 Campaign Participation
Creators participating in campaigns must:
- Follow campaign guidelines and requirements
- Disclose sponsored content appropriately
- Deliver content within agreed timelines
- Maintain professional conduct with brands
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Platform IP
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Engigs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
4.2 User Content
By uploading content to the Platform, you grant Engigs a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for platform purposes.
4.3 Brand Assets
Brands retain ownership of their trademarks, logos, and campaign materials. Creators may use these assets only for approved campaign purposes.
5. Payment and Billing
5.1 Brand Payments
Brands must fund their campaigns before they can go live. All payments are processed through secure third-party providers.
5.2 Creator Earnings
Creators earn based on campaign performance metrics. Earnings are paid according to the payout schedule specified in each campaign.
5.3 Payment Disputes
Payment disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction. We will investigate and resolve disputes in accordance with our policies.
5.4 Refunds
Refunds are processed according to our refund policy. Campaign funds may be refunded if the campaign does not meet agreed-upon terms.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Termination
7.1 Voluntary Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
7.2 Termination by Engigs
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for other legitimate reasons.
7.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
8. Disclaimers and Limitations
8.1 Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform.
8.2 Content Accuracy
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of user-generated content or campaign results.
8.3 Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of these third parties.
8.4 Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Engigs harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
10. Dispute Resolution

We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication and our support team.
10.2 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
